Directors' Dealings

Stagecoach Theatre Arts (AIM: STA) has been notified that David Sprigg and
Stephanie  Manuel, Joint Managing Directors of the Company, and Richard Dawson,
Finance Director of the Company, yesterday all acquired ordinary shares of 5p
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 32p per Ordinary Share.

David Sprigg acquired 40,000 Ordinary Shares and following this transaction, his
beneficial holding in the Company is 2,811,033 Ordinary Shares, representing
28.45 per cent. of the issued share capital of Stagecoach Theatre Arts ("Issued
Share Capital").

Stephanie Manuel also acquired 40,000 Ordinary Shares and following this
transaction, her beneficial holding in the Company is 3,047,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing 30.85 per cent. of the Issued Share Capital.

Richard Dawson acquired 20,000 Ordinary Shares and following this transaction,
his beneficial holding in the Company is 137,812 Ordinary Shares, representing
1.39 per cent. of the Issued Share Capital.
