Board Changes

Helius today announces that Michelle Morris, who co-founded the company, has resigned from her position as Director and Company Secretary with immediate effect. She will now spend more time with her family and pursue other business interests which will not compete with the core business of Helius.

Ms Morris said:

'I have enjoyed seeing Helius Energy grow from a concept on a blank piece of paper to the successful corporate entity that it has now become. I know Helius will go from strength to strength.'
