Board Change

The Board of Jacques Vert, the womenswear clothing retailer, announces that Shena MacDonald has resigned from the Board with immediate effect and will be leaving the Group. Shena was the Managing Director, Womenswear Division.

Commenting Paul Allen, Chief Executive, said:

'Shena has been with us for almost five years. The shape of the Group has been transformed within that time and now consists of four key brands that are well positioned for further development.  Shena has played an important part in achieving this and she leaves in place very capable operational management and creative design teams.  I would like to thank Shena for her valuable contribution and wish her all the best for the future.'
