NEUTRAHEALTH PLC ('the Company')

AGM STATEMENT

NeutraHealth plc is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today all of the resolutions proposed in the notice of the meeting were duly passed.

The Chief Executive, Ray Myers, while speaking at the AGM said:

'2009 has started well for NeutraHealth with trade customers and consumers continuing to provide strong demand for the Company's products.

We are having success in reducing input prices from the exceptionally high levels seen in the second half of 2008. Our renewed focus on innovation and new product development is showing signs of success in both of our key sectors.'
