'Nanette' or 'the Company'

Nanette was notified on the 27th of April, that one of its shareholders, Meshulam Levenstein Contracting and Engineering Ltd. (herby 'Levenstein') has bought, on the 27th of April, 25,000 Nanette shares at a price of 34p per share.

As a result of the purchase Levinstein holds 36,896,241 shares, representing 21.39% of the issued share capital and 21.47% of the voting rights.
