Director's share dealings
Global Brands S.A. ('Global ' or the 'Company'), the Domino's Pizza master franchisee in Switzerland, Luxembourg and Liechtenstein announces that on 14 November 2008, Mr Yair Hasson, the Executive Chairman, pledged his holding of 225,362 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.67 per cent of the Company's issued share capital, into an investment portfolio. Mr Yair has not divested any of these shares.
The investment portfolio into which these shares were tranferred enables borrowing against all shares within this portfolio and, therefore, from time to time, some or all of the shares within this portfolio account, including some Global shares, could be subject to creditor liability.
