Directorate Change

1st Dental Laboratories plc is pleased to announce its appointment of Jonathan Foxcroft to the company as Finance Director and Company Secretary with immediate effect. Roger Smallwood has resigned his Position of Finance Director and Company Secretary and has taken up an appointment with the company of Group Financial Controller.

   

Jonathan Foxcroft (age 45) ACA BA (Hons) brings over twenty years senior financial management experience to the Company. Prior to his appointment, he held the role of Finance Director with a number of manufacturing businesses such as Texecom and Klaxon Signals both being Halma plc subsidiaries, as well as experience with other privately owned manufacturing businesses. He completed his training with BDO Binder Hamlyn.  

Commenting on his appointment as Finance Director, Jonathan said 'I am excited to join 1st Dental at this stage of its development and look forward to progressing activities targeted at improving the performance of the Group.'
