Grant of Options

The Board of Intelligent Environments Group plc ('the Company'), the online software provider for financial services, announces that on 21 April 2009 the following options over the ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company were granted to the directors of the Company ('the New Options') as set out below. These awards have been made as part of the Company's share option scheme and their exercise is conditional upon the achievement of a minimum annual profit before tax of £1.5 million. The New Options are exercisable at a price of 8.375p per share after 20 April 2012 but before 21 April 2019.
