The Company was notified on 21st April 2009 that on 16th April 2009 Herald Investment Management  Limited acquired 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company and now holds 9,900,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 5.49 per cent. of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.


The total number of ordinary shares in issue and therefore the total number of voting rights is 180,446,633.
