Director's Dealings

The Board of ThirdForce was notified today that Pat McDonagh, Chairman, purchased 60,696 ordinary shares in the Company on 20 April 2009 at a price of €0.07 per share.

Following this transaction, Mr McDonagh is now interested in 66,057,375 ordinary shares, representing approximately 25.47 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
