London, 21 April 2009 - The Company was notified on 20 April 2009 that on 25 June 2008, JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. had holdings in the Company of 18,339,113 ordinary shares, representing 4.61 per cent of the total voting rights attached to the issued share capital of the Company, being 397,767,219 ordinary shares.
