Director Shareholdings
The Company hereby announces that Olimpia Real Estate Holdings ('Olimpia'), (in which Oscar Kazanelson, the Company's CEO, serves as the Chairman of the Board and is also part of the controlling group of Olimpia shareholders), notified the Company that it has acquired, on 20 April, 2009, 100,000 ordinary shares of €0.02 each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company (representing 0.058% of the voting rights in, and the issued ordinary share capital of, the Company) at a price of 25p per share.
Following the above transactions, Olimpia will hold 56,003,079 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 32.5% of the voting rights in, and the issued ordinary share capital of, the Company.
