Croma Group PLC ('Croma', the 'Group', or 'the Company') the AIM listed avionics, biometrics and asset protection specialist, was informed on 17 April 2009 that Gerald McGill, Executive Finance Director, on 17 April 2009 purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 5p each at 1.75p. Mr McGill now has a beneficial interest in 750,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.42% of the total issued share capital of the Group.
