Director's Dealing

The Company announces that, on 16 April 2009, Julian Jakobi, the Company's Chariman, transferred 390,000 ordinary shares into his SIPP. As a result of this transaction, there has been no change in Mr Jakobi's beneficial holding, which remains at 5,336,246 shares of 5 pence each, representing 18.42% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company is 28,976,581 ordinary shares of 5 pence each.
