Directors' dealing
The Company was advised on 16 April 2009 that Alex Worrall, a Non-executive Chairman of Helius, sold 3,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 19p per share on 16 April 2009, to fulfil personal obligations.
Following this sale, Alex Worrall now has a beneficial holding of 7,773,627 ordinary shares, representing approximately 9.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
