This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of MCB Bank Ltd will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. at 9th Floor, MCB Bank Limited, Principal Office, 15-Main Gulberg, Lahore to consider the 1st Quarterly Accounts for the period ended March 31, 2009.

The Bank has declared the 'Closed Period' from April 16 to 23, 2009 as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 37 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of MCB Bank Ltd in any manner during the Closed Period.
