Director's Dealings

The Board of ThirdForce announces that, as part of the deferred consideration relating to the completion of the MindLeaders merger, referred to in the announcement of 18th March 2009, Carol Clark, a non-executive director of the Company, has been issued with 409,981 ordinary shares in the Company.

As a result of this issue of shares, Carol Clark now has a holding of 2,751,630 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.06 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
