The Issuer hereby wishes to announce that it has requested the Irish Stock Exchange to remove the Notes detailed above from the Main Market of the Irish Stock Exchange.
The Issuer has also requested the Irish Stock Exchange to instead list the Notes detailed above on the Alternative Securities Market.
