Further to the placing of 19,900,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), admitted to trading on AIM today, the Company confirms that it has today been advised by City Equities Limited that it has disposed of its entire interest in 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.67% of the voting rights of the Company.
