InterQuest Group Announces Directorate Change

InterQuest Group ('InterQuest' or 'the Group'), the specialist IT recruitment group, announces that Ross Eades is stepping down from his role as the Group's Chief Executive Officer but will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

Gary Ashworth will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer alongside that of Chairman and will share operational responsibility for the Group with Michael Joyce, Finance Director and Alan Found, Development Director.

Alan Found has been a Non-Executive Director of the Group since it was founded in 2001 and will now significantly increase his involvement with the business going forward. Alan will have executive responsibility focusing on providing professional development, training and strategic support to the Group's staff at all levels.

Given that the Group has highly skilled and experienced leaders in place in all of its businesses and a strong Board of Executive and Non-Executive Directors no replacement Chief Executive Officer will be sought at this time. The current team is well positioned to guide the Group through the current tough economic environment and on through the next phase of its growth.

Gary Ashworth, Executive Chairman, said:
