Delcam PLC (the 'Company') announces that it has been notified that, on 9 April 2009, Hugh Humphreys, a director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 186 pence per share. Following this transaction, Hugh Humphreys has a beneficial interest in respect of 981,576 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.72% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.
