Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 9 April 2009 that on that day Margaret Miller, the wife of David Miller, a Non-executive director of the Company, bought 5,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at a price of 63 pence each. 

As a result of this transaction, David Miller and his connected parities have a notifiable interest in the Company of 269,750 Ordinary Shares representing 1.8% of the issued share capital of the Company.
