Promethean plc (the 'Company') announces that it has today received notification of a change in the number of ordinary shares and percentage voting rights in the Company held by Integrated Core Strategies (Europe) S.a r.l., an indirect subsidiary of Millennium Partners, L.P. The change, the details of which are set out below, is as a result of the tender offer on 1 April 2009.
