Announcement of Settlement of Arbitration with Greenline Industries

RPL today announces that Greenline Industries, Inc. ('Greenline') and RPL Holdings, Inc., which is the Company's US subsidiary, have settled a contractual dispute related to the purchase of the bio-diesel equipment which avoids arbitration proceedings between the parties. 

The terms of the settlement agreement are confidential.
