Intelligent Environments plc, ('iE' or 'the Company'), the online software provider for the consumer banking market, was notified on 8 April 2009 that Michael Jackson, non-executive director of iE, acquired 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 7.5p per share also on 8 April 2009. After this purchase, Mr Jackson's holding stands at 300,000 shares, which represents approximately 0.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
