Just Car Clinics today received notification that on 27 March 2009, Barry Whittles, Chief Executive, transferred 175,862 ordinary shares of 1 pence each to his SIPP at a price of 45p per share. The beneficial interest of Mr. Whittles following the transfer remains at 1,656,930
ordinary shares representing 11.5% of the voting rights of the Company.
