Further to the placing of 58,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), announced on 31 March, 2009 (the 'Placing'), the Company confirms that, on 3 April, 2009, it was advised by City Equities Limited that it had disposed of its entire interest in 20,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.19% of the voting rights of the Company.
