Issue of equity

The Company is pleased to announce that it has raised an additional £108,000 via a placing of 900,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 12p per share. Application has been made for 900,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 9 April, 2009. On admission, the Company will have 27,692,146 Ordinary Shares in issue.
