Lincat Group plc (the 'Company') was informed today that Mr AG Schroeder, senior non-executive director of the Company, today purchased 1,467 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company, at a price of 337p per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr AG Schroeder has a beneficial interest in 30,988 Ordinary Shares representing 0.57% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
