Director/PMDR Shareholding

Prologic, the business solutions provider for fashion and lifestyle retailers and distributors, announces that on 31 March 2009 it received the following notifications of directors' dealings: 

Colin Wells, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ('Ordinary Shares') on 31 March 2009 on behalf of his SIPP at a price of 35.5p per Ordinary Share. This transaction represents Colin Wells entire holding in the Company and is approximately 1.00 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.

David Parry, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 28,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each on 31 March 2009 on behalf of his SIPP at a price of 35.5p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, David Parry's interest in the Company comprises 185,256 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.85 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
