Annual Report 2008 of Narborough ('Annual Report')

The Company wishes to announce that two copies of the Annual Report have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at the UK Listing Authority, Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS.

Pursuant to the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority in the UK, Narborough, being a UK incorporated company whose shares are also admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange, is required to issue its Annual Report at the latest, 4 months after the end of each financial year. The Company's financial year end is 31 December.

However, under the Companies Act 2006 of Great Britain, Narborough is required to convene an annual general meeting ('AGM') to lay its annual financial statements before its members within 6 months from the end of its financial year, by giving at least 21 days' notice. The Annual Report and the notice of AGM ('Notice') need not be issued at the same time. 

In this respect, please note that the Notice of the Ninety-Ninth Annual General Meeting of Narborough, and the Form of Proxy for the meeting, will be sent to all shareholders separately in due course and, accordingly, are not appended to the Annual Report.
