DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Zytronic plc ('the Company') was notified today that on 30 March 2009, Mr. Denis Mullan (Finance Director) purchased (for one of his minor sons) 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 113p per share. As a result Mr. Mullan's revised family holding is 140,000 ordinary shares representing 0.954% of the voting rights of the Company.
