Board Change

The Directors of Arko plc (AIM: AKO.L) are pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Yue Ying Feng (aged 41 years) to the Board of the Company as Finance Director with immediate effect. Ms Feng replaces Mr Zhang following his resignation also with immediate effect.

Commenting on the new appointment, Angela Leung, Executive Director said:

'We are delighted to welcome Ms Feng to the Company and feel that her appointment will benefit our operations as we continue to grow the business and create value for shareholders. I would like to thank Mr Zhang for his contribution and wish him well for the future. '.

Ms Feng currently has no beneficial interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
