Notification of major interests in shares

R.G.I. International Limited ('RGI' or the 'Company') the AIM-listed developer of high-end properties in Moscow, announces that it received on 26 March 2009 a formal notification from Morgan Stanley, that as of 25 March 2009, it had an interest through SSF III Father Holdings Limited ('SSF III') in 10,675,599 shares representing 8.48% of the issued share capital of the Company. SSF III is a member of the Morgan Stanley group of companies.
