The Company today announces its seventh interim dividend payment in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2008, of 0.5 pence per share the schedule below:

Ex-Dividend Date - 1 April 2009

Record Date - 3 April 2009

Pay Date - 24 April 2009

In respect of the year ended 31 December 2008, this brings the total dividends paid to 6.0 pence per share.
