Global Minerals share purchase

Bateman Engineering has been informed by Global Minerals B.V. that it has today purchased an additional 685,533 shares in the Company at an average price of 4p per share.

The aggregate shareholding of Global Minerals B.V. and its associated companies in Bateman Engineering has therefore increased from 33,402,612 to 34,088,145 (77.99% of the total number of shares in issue).
