Maiden Dividend

Further to the announcement on 5th March 2009, the Company confirms that it is recommending a maiden dividend of 1 pence per share. Subject to shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 28th May 2009, the dividend will be paid on 3rd June 2009 to shareholders on the register on 8th May 2009. The ex-dividend date will be 6th May 2009.

The Annual General Meeting of the Group will be held at 9 a.m. on Thursday 28th May 2009 at the Company's offices at 16-18 Kirby Street, London, EC1N 8TS.
