CHANGE OF COMPANY DETAILS AND BOARD CHANGES

KimCor (AIM: KIM) announces the following changes to the Company's details and to the composition of its Board, with immediate effect:

Change of Company name and other details

Pursuant to the resolution approved by the Company's shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 8 January 2009, the Company has now changed its name to Carlton Resources plc. As a result of the name change, the Company's shares will now be traded on AIM under the ticker 'CLN', with immediate effect.

In addition, the Company's website address has now been changed to www.carltonresourcesplc.com. The previous website address, www.kimcordiamonds.com, will continue to be active for a limited time period but will automatically redirect traffic to the Company's new website.

The Company's registered office remains unchanged but its new telephone contact details are as follows:

Board Changes

As previously announced, in December 2008 the Company disposed of its diamond and industrial operations to Belmont Mining Limited ('Belmont'). Over the past few months, Mr Cedric Bredenkamp has overseen the successful transition of those operations to Belmont's control. As the transition process is now complete and Mr Bredenkamp intends to continue his involvement with those operations, the Board and Mr Bredenkamp consider it appropriate that he resigns as a director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Roger Harris has also decided to resign as a director with immediate effect in order to pursue other interests. The Board would like to thank both Mr Bredenkamp and Mr Harris for their valuable contributions to the Company and wish them well with their future endeavours.
