On 17 March 2009, Brittany Capital notified the Company that it has increased its holding and is now interested in 28,878,954 common shares representing 25.94% of the Company's issued share capital.
On 17 March 2009, Spreadex Limited notified the Company that it was interested in 6,000,000 common shares representing 5.39% of the Company's issued share capital.
On 19 March 2009, John Harvey notified the Company that he was interested in 11,042,000 common shares representing 9.92% of the Company's issued share capital.
