Ensor Holdings PLC ("Ensor" or "the Company") announces that it received
notification on 18 March 2009 that on 17 March 2009, Roger Harrison, a director
of Ensor, purchased 7,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in Company at a price of
17p per share. Mr. Harrison now holds 152,500 ordinary shares representing 0.5
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
