Interim Announcement Date/Presentation

As previously announced, Carr's (CRM.L), the fully-listed agriculture, food and engineering group, proposes to announce its results for the 26 weeks to 28 February 2009 on Monday 6 April 2009.

On that date, from 1.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m., Carr’s will be presenting to institutional brokers’ analysts and private client brokers at the offices of Investec, 2 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7QP.
