The Company has today been notified that Robert Cathery (Non-Executive Director) purchased 6,500 ordinary shares in the Company on 13 March 2009 at £2.40 per share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr. Cathery has an interest in 143,000 Ordinary Shares in IndigoVision, representing approximately 1.96% of the voting rights of the Company
