The Board of In House Group plc was informed on 16 March 2009 that on 13 March
2009, John Ferree, Non-executive Director, purchased 12,000,000 Ordinary Shares
of 0.001p in the Company at 0.04p per share.

Following his purchase John Ferree holds a total of 12,000,000 Ordinary Shares
or 0.28% of the Company's issued share capital.
