ServicePower signs significant managed service contract with E.ON UK


ServicePower to Energise E.ON UK's Property Services Organisation



ServicePower (AIM: SVR), a market leader for outsourced service and field management, is pleased to announce a major contract with E.ON UK, one of the UK's leading integrated power and gas companies. E.ON UK Property Services, a division of E.ON UK, has contracted ServicePower to provide a complete managed service solution for its Home Energy Services business which offers inspection, maintenance and repair of domestic heating systems using a team of over 200 engineers. This is the largest such implementation to be managed by ServicePower with the project expected to be worth over £4 million in revenues over three years.


ServicePower will be working with key industry partners to deliver and manage E.ON's information and communications systems, which comprise a complete end-to-end solution including call centre and help desk technology systems, scheduling, dispatch, hosting, and mobile field solutions such as GPS and mobile communications.  


'What was most attractive to us was that through ServicePower we could contract with a single partner for the delivery of a turnkey information and communications technology solution,' commented Adrian Harvey, Managing Director of E.ON UK Property Services.

Implementation has already started and we aim to provide a fully live system in April 2009.
