Director change

Promethean plc ('the Company') announces a change in board composition.

Mr Michael Pappas has resigned from the board of the Company with immediate effect.

Sir Peter Burt, Chairman stated: 'On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Mike Pappas, one of the original directors, for his service to the Company from its inception. We are grateful to him
for his contribution over the past few years.'
