RESIGNATION OF NOMINATED ADVISER

Zimmerman Adams International ('ZAI') has tendered its resignation as a Nominated Advisor to the company with immediate effect.

If within one month following such suspension NMLS has failed to appoint a replacement Nominated Adviser, the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
