NWF Group plc: Directors Shareholding

NWF Group plc announces that it was informed today that David Southworth, Non-Executive Director, today bought 12,500 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company. The shares were bought at a price of 81 pence each.

Following this purchase, Mr. Southworth's total beneficial interest in the Company is 53,670 ordinary shares representing 0.11% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
