TERMINATION OF TALKS RE POTENTIAL OFFER

Further to the announcement made on 27 February 2009 and discussions with Elder Pharmaceuticals Limited ('Elder') concerning a potential partial offer for the Company, the Board of NeutraHealth has concluded that progressing a partial offer, leading to majority control by one shareholder, would not be in the best interests of the remaining minority shareholders.

Accordingly, the Board has terminated discussions with Elder regarding the partial offer.

The Company will announce its preliminary results for the year ending 31 December 2008 on 23 March 2009.
