                      Notification of Director's Interest                      


Ra'anana, Israel - 12 March 2009: Emblaze announces that Mr. Eli Reifman, has
informed the Company that he was issued with a temporary injunction by the Tel
Aviv District Court on 4 March 2009 which prohibits him from disposing of any
of his assets, including the shares he owns or holds in the Company.


Mr Reifman has also informed the Company that the injunction prohibits the
exercise of any voting rights of shares owned or held by him in the Company and
he will therefore not be able to vote in the Company's forthcoming
Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled to take place on 18 March 2009.
