Director Shareholding

Hambledon was advised today that Christopher Thomas, a non-executive director of the Company, today purchased 350,000 ordinary shares in the company at 4.25p per share.

Accordingly, Mr Thomas now has a beneficial interest in 3,347,366 ordinary shares representing 0.71 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
